A “No shit, Travis” moment. Yes, you do need to grow up and grow a thick skin, especially when taking feedback from one of your customers, who pays your company about a quarter of his income for providing market-enabling logistics. There are plenty geo-enabled logistics platforms out there these days for that driver to choose another place to offer his car-and-driver services, Travis.

Uber’s incredibly bad February ends incredibly badly. Good thing for Uber it was a short month.

I bet events will show that Kalanick has severely injured the company’s ability to raise capital with his dashboard cam tantrum directed at an Uber driver. Worst PR tailspin, maybe ever.

“I must fundamentally change as a leader and grow up,” said Travis Kalanick, who’s built a reputation for breaking the rules and flaunting convention.

Kalanick made the remarks in a three paragraph email to Uber employees late Tuesday. Earlier in the day, Bloomberg published a video showing Kalanick arguing with his Uber driver.
