Following up on the previous posting. Susan Fowler’s getting a response. The question to keep in mind as this plays out — Does the urgency lead Uber to over-promise and under-deliver to the public? It has already been burned by very bad PR responses, is this “urgent investigation” going to be for real? Or do they drive the guy out and keep the same internecine politics?
Customers today, the ones who use Uber, do care about how the companies they support treat employees, and the contractors providing local service.
Move comes after former Uber engineer Susan Fowler wrote blog outlining allegations of discrimination and sexism at cab-hailing app company
