Mitch’s Take: The healthcare industry wants a lot of data from customers, but doesn’t factor in how the customer will benefit, except in the abstract. We can make healthcare a community effort by spreading the benefits, such as making participation in trials easier (and alerts about those opportunities to patients), as well as providing much more insight into disease.
